Initial national action items for the four participating countries:

1. Indentify the initial personnel that will participate in the task.
2. Define your national areas of focus/interest (be realistic - focus on a few areas initially - focus were there is most need/synergies for coordination)
3. Establish contacts within the area(s) of focus from the dominant players (typically the major universities)
4. Pin point resources to gather people at meetings/work shops.
5. Pin point persons to write relevant best practice documents.

Initial UNINETT action items:

1. Document in English:
   • the way we have worked with GigaCampus
   • working group and best practice
   • areas we have focused on. Results obtained within these areas
   • lessons learned from the collaboration processes
   • what best practice documents we have
2. Plan in more detail the initial stages of the task (2009?)
   • publish this on internal wiki
3. Establish a routine of monthly VC status meetings with all four parties.
4. Organize a first NA3/T4 workshop for all four pilots
